time off
Hard work deserves much relaxation. Our team has twelve paid holidays, two additional floating holidays — plus, you get your birthday off! We also offer sick time and vacation/personal time starting at ten days per year.

flexible schedule
Our team is hybrid, working from various spots throughout the Capital Region. However, our full-time team meets one day per week at our office HQ (or somewhere with a nice patio if the weather is nice).

A strong team is built inside and outside the office! We have many team get-togethers each year, including an annual retreat, business birthday dinner, and a track day in Saratoga.
